Care Property Hub — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to attendance, tickets, bundles, matchmaking and all Care Property Hub events (physical or virtual).
1. Agreement to Attend
By purchasing any ticket or subscription, you confirm your commitment to attend the selected Care Property Hub event (physical or virtual) at the specified date and time. You acknowledge that:
- Physical events are held at Edgbaston Golf Club unless otherwise stated.
- Virtual events take place via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Event agendas, speakers, and timings may change without notice.
- Seating is first-come unless VIP priority applies.
2. Ticket Types
In-Person Ticket (£35)
- Access to physical event only.
- Replay not included.
- Switching rules apply (see Section 7).
Online Ticket (£30)
- Access to virtual event.
- Includes 7-day replay.
- Replay subject to technical availability (see Section 14).
Bundle Ticket (£45)
Includes:
- 1 physical event ticket
- 1 virtual event ticket
Bundles operate on a fixed cycle:
- Virtual = First Tuesday
- Physical = Third Tuesday
Bundles must be used within that cycle. No postponements. No swapping for two physical or two virtual.
3. Bundle Usage Policy
- Bundles purchased at any time must be used within the next two-event cycle.
- Unused bundle tickets expire.
- No refunds, no transfers to future months, and no extensions.
4. Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-transferable unless Care Property Hub provides written approval.
5. Switching Policy
Switching Physical → Virtual
- Allowed if you inform us 48 hours prior.
- Replay still applies.
- No refund of the £5 difference.
Switching Virtual → Physical
- Allowed if seats are available and you request 48 hours prior.
- £5 upgrade fee is paid.
- Upgrade applies only to the next physical event.
No switching within 48 hours. No switching after the event.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for:
- Change of mind
- No-shows
- Illness
- Travel issues
- Weather
- Schedule conflicts
If an event is cancelled by Care Property Hub, a full refund will be issued automatically.
7. WhatsApp Communication & Consent
By purchasing a ticket or subscription, you consent to Care Property Hub contacting you via:
- SMS
For:
- Tickets
- Event access
- Meeting links
- Credits
- Seat confirmation
- Reminders
- Community updates
- Matchmaking (if requested)
Your number will not be shared with other attendees.
8. WhatsApp Community Rules
To keep the community safe and productive:
Prohibited behaviour:
- Bulk-adding attendees to your own lists
- Spam or unsolicited sales pitches
- Promoting external events/services without permission
- Harassing or inappropriate messages
Care Property Hub may remove any member without refund for breaches.
9. Networking, Conduct & Anti-Solicitation Policy
Care Property Hub events are designed to facilitate genuine networking between landlords, agents, sourcers, developers, care providers, and service providers. Attendees may exchange details freely for genuine collaboration.
However, the following is strictly prohibited:
- Harvesting contacts in bulk
- Adding attendees to marketing funnels without permission
- Representing yourself falsely
- Pitching services without written approval
- Approaching care providers introduced by the CPH team to bypass matchmaking
- Poaching, soliciting, or contacting attendees to offer services intended to circumvent CPH
- Any activity that undermines the CPH platform, ecosystem, or business model
Care Property Hub may remove and blacklist any attendee who breaches this policy. No refund will be given.
10. Badge & Check-In
You agree to:
- Self check-in via QR
- Present the digital confirmation
- Wear your event badge visibly at all times
Badges may identify: Landlord • Agent • Sourcer • Care Provider • Service Provider • VIP • Team
11. VIP Terms
- VIP badge & lanyard
- Priority seating
- Early networking access
- Fast-track matchmaking
- Direct access to team
VIP status cannot be transferred, downgraded, refunded, or paused.
12. Credit System Terms (Subscriptions)
Credits must be used within the active subscription period. Rules:
- Unused credits do not roll over
- Credits are non-refundable
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
- Credits cannot be banked for future events
- A confirmed RSVP deducts one credit
- If you fail to attend, the credit is still used
13. Photography & Filming Consent
By attending any event (physical or virtual), you consent to:
- Photography
- Videography
- Event highlights
- Livestream content
- Social media use
- Marketing use
If you prefer not to appear on camera, you must notify the CPH team upon arrival.
14. Replay Disclaimer (Virtual Events)
Replay access depends on successful technical recording. If issues beyond our control prevent replay availability, no compensation or refund is provided.
15. Matchmaking Disclaimer
You acknowledge that all introductions provided by Care Property Hub:
- Are for connection purposes only
- Do not guarantee suitability or outcomes
- Do not replace due diligence
- Should be assessed independently
Care Property Hub accepts no responsibility for commercial decisions or outcomes made between parties.
16. Liability Waiver
Care Property Hub is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to property
- Parking fines
- Business decisions made using event information
- Third-party advice from speakers or attendees
- Any agreements made between attendees
- Accidents, injuries, or incidents at the venue
You attend entirely at your own risk.
17. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Care Property Hub may reschedule an event due to factors beyond our control (venue issues, weather, illness, technical failures). In these cases, tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled date. No refunds apply.
18. Data Protection & GDPR
We collect:
- Name
- Phone
- Avatar category
- Attendance history
- Ticket usage
Data is used solely for: event communication, verification, community engagement, and matchmaking (if requested). We do not sell data. You can request your data at any time under GDPR.
