Coming from a data-analysis background, Nisha built her property portfolio with the same strategic mindset she once applied to corporate problem-solving. Since becoming a full-time investor in 2022, she's quickly gained a reputation for turning insight into action — building strong relationships with care providers and completing her own care-led property deals across the Midlands.

She's also an experienced property-network host, known for creating spaces where collaboration comes before competition. Her mission is simple: to bridge the gap between property and care, helping both sides create partnerships that deliver stable income, secure housing, and social impact.
