Who is the in-person event for?
The physical event is designed mainly for care providers, landlords, investors, and developers who want to connect face-to-face and build real partnerships in the property–care sector.
Who is the online event for?
The virtual briefing is designed for property investors, landlords, and sourcing agents who want to understand care provider demand, learn what properties are needed, and get a market update.
Does the in-person event include a replay?
No.
The physical event is not recorded, so no replay is provided.
Only the Online Ticket and Action Taker Bundle (£45) include a 7-day replay.
Can I switch from an in-person ticket to an online ticket?
Yes — as long as you request the change at least 48 hours before the event.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for downgrades.
However, you will receive full access to the online event + 7-day replay, giving you excellent value even if you can’t attend in person.
Can I switch from an online ticket to an in-person ticket?
Yes — if seats are available.
You simply pay the £5 upgrade to move from the online ticket (£30) to the in-person ticket (£35).
This change must also be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
If you prefer not to switch, you will still receive access to the online event + 7-day replay, even if you don’t attend live.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No.
Tickets are not transferable.
This helps keep attendance accurate and ensures we know who is in the room.
Can I attend both the in-person and the virtual briefing?
Yes — choose the Action Taker Bundle (£45) to get:

• PLUS access to the virtual briefing

Yes — many care providers attend and share what properties they need.
